Hi, it's William.

I'm a Product Manager focused on how AI changes the way products are researched, built, and improved.

For the past few years, I've worked across digital products, operations, and service design — often in ambiguous environments where the real work is making better decisions with incomplete information. That's still the kind of work I'm most drawn to, and now I'm applying that same approach to AI.

Through hands-on product investigations and early prototypes, I've been developing a more practical view of AI product work. I'm especially interested in the layers around the model itself: how context is structured, how outputs are evaluated, how workflows are designed, and where human review still matters. The more I build, the more I see that useful AI products depend as much on product judgment as they do on model capability.

For three years, I worked as a fractional PM at Body Energy Club, where a single competitive analysis grew into 54 projects across web, mobile, POS, loyalty, and marketing automation in Canada and the U.S. That experience sharpened how I work: comfortable with ambiguity, close to cross-functional teams, and focused on getting practical systems into the real world.

I also run Agence Mola with my partner, where we lead design and project delivery for arts, education, and community organizations.

My background spans design, product, and customer-facing work, and I'm most interested in the space where strategy meets implementation — especially in AI-native environments, where product decisions increasingly depend on context design, evaluation quality, and workflow fit.

If I'm away from the computer, I'm probably out on a bike ride through the Quebec hills.
